About Chris
My love of baseball wasn't inherited by a parent, I wasn't born with a baseball glove in my hands. I grew up in a football (soccer) world, Paris. The first baseball game I ever attended was at age 13, in Toronto. That moment I still picture vividly in my head, the sound of the ball entering in contact with Ichiro Suzuki's bat, the lights, the smells. Ever since that moment, baseball has been one of the most interesting parts of my life. Understanding it, playing it, and spreading it in the old continent. I now reside in Coventry, UK where I am pursuing a PhD in Chemistry. On the side I play with the single-A Birmingham Bandits. In this blog, you'll find me talk about baseball current events, talk baseball basics for our European peeps and whatever comes to mind!
